Our Security Guards are responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect and act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions. They are there to detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests, or employees at the site.
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot.
- Contact appropriate agencies in response to emergencies and hazards.
- Permit authorized persons to enter and leave the property.
- Be in uniform and ready for duty at the appointed time.
- Possess effective written, oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals from all backgrounds and abilities, in the general public, in a professional and effective manner.
- Must have a smart phone to download report application.
- There are “Per post” duties that need to be completed due to the client’s request.
- Must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Must have own vehicle, and may need it to drive to client location if applicable.
- Must work nights and weekends.

Our staff also is required to have a Denver Guard License Card, when working within Denver city limits, which requires an; FBI background investigation, fingerprinting, and 16 hours of online training. This hiring process allows us only to hire the most experienced staff throughout the metro area security guard pool. Guards working outside the Denver city limits are not required to have a guard license.
